RARE RARE RARE!!!!!!  This variant is from the initial print batch of TMNT #3, made specifically for the New Hampshire Convention. These copies lack a lighter blue shade in many areas of the comic and, as result, have many more white areas than the main print run (where Eastman and Laird asked for the color corrections to be made).
The entire run of the batch is either 300 or 500 in a total print run of 50,000- depending on which source you believe - making it 100 times rarer than the the regular cover and 
TOTAL CGG sensus is 214 - Only 46 books in the ENTIRE CENSUS grade higher!  As of today this is the highest graded issue for sale on Ebay
 
As of this post, the standard cover of this book has 3,476 issues in the CGC Census.  This  this variant has just 214 -with only ! And of those books only 46 are graded higher than this book.  Grab this copy while you can!!
